Our Sunday morning meditation begins with sitting quietly. A few minutes after 10:00 AM we formally begin with an opening prayer, some simple yoga-style chants and then a 15 to 20 minute period of guided, and silent, meditation. Following the meditation there will be a short inspiring talk, based on scriptural readings of the East and West. We end with a brief healing prayer and song. You can sit yoga-style on the floor or on a chair. All are welcome.
