Thursday Evening Weekly Meditation

Each meditation begins with an opening prayer and simple yoga-style chants to still the mind and quiet the heart. Chants are followed by two 20-minute periods of guided and silent meditation. We end with a brief healing prayer and song. You can sit yoga-style on the floor or in a chair.
