LV Golfers is for anyone who enjoys golfing and spending time with one another. Any level is welcomed.

This group requires member participation to produce playing opportunities for all and any member can participate. Specifically, members are encouraged to book a foursome (or two foursomes back-to-back) at a course and time they wish to play. Then email the organizer with the following: course, day, date, time and green fee and any special requirement. Your organizer has played nearly every course in the area and will describe the venue. Your organizer will post your meetup, broadcast the event to all members and the hosting member will be assigned as a temp. organizer to recieve the RSVP notices as they come.

Our experience is that it takes 3 full days to fill a foursome and 6 to fill a double.

Our experience is that most "Discussion Board" invites for scheduled and unscheduled outings are unsuccessful. In fact, if there was any way to disable the discussion board, I would do it.

Some area courses require the host to "guarantee" the booking with a 24 hour cancellation policy so a YES RSVP is a commitment show, pay and play. 2 no-shows are an automatic expulsion.

We will have a Spring and Fall social tournement with an early shotgun start and lunch at a midrange course. They will be prepays to be announced.
