I am 49 years old and have gained 130 pounds in the last 5 years and it must stop! I used to love hiking, but I am too embarrassed to join healthy groups since I know I would slow them down. I believe a support group of people in my situation will really help us to get out there and on the road to an active lifestyle involving fitness and weight loss.
