That's true. I plan on giving it another shot in April. I will ascend via Oak Creek, which will be faster. It was extremely easy to get down that way; reminded me of the standard route on Wilson. I will do the Peak first, then the wall, and skip Gunsight altogether.

      Brett,
I hope you know how to handle the heart attack person. When I saw Alex was shaking so hard at the Gunsight Notch, I thought he will get heart attack soon. But he didn't, how lucky we were. And I am glad you didn't push us to go to the Rainbow Peak, because I am expecting Alex will get trouble at that steep down climb to get to the bottom of the Rainbow Peak.

Ok, I took out all the beams, and I got 10.4 miles and 3955 ft of gain. Seems like we needed to go a few more feet.

    Brett,
I am glad that we came back safely before dark, thank you for organized this hike. My GPS indicated 10.1 miles but I have removed all bounced points, then end up 9 miles total. Everyone,
I added my photos on my website to share with you: http://www.kayplaza.com/hike.php

I changed the meetup time to 7am. I forgot that we have extra daylight and it is not too hot in March.
