The Reset Project is developing programs and events to create a vibrant community that makes conscious living fun, simple and convenient with the help of Las Vegas’ top health, wellness and community leaders. Our mission is to build a connected community focused on a healthy mind, body and soul lifestyle.
MOVE: 45 minutes of walking, running or bike. Meet up at in downtown Las Vegas at 7am. We will take a 1 mile urban hike, or for those who want more of a workout we’ll be taking a group on a 5k run. September also brings us the option for a group bike ride. Bring your bike if you want to!
STRETCH: Let’s meet back in the space after your exercise route to stretch out.
ACT: It’s time to live fearlessly for vibrant health. Alexia Vernon will give us something to think about during our meditation.
MEDITATE: Now time to slow your mind with quiet time. We will provide some guidance to get you going. Led by Rich Belsky.
EAT: Learn how to become a conscious eater with a simple 8 steps program that will ignite your mind, body and spirit. Then it’s time to replenish and complete your morning with a group breakfast, catered by local vegan chef Donald Lemperle. We’ll eat healthy and fuel up for our day and the week ahead! Led by Kelly Bennett
