What will we do at the meetup? The session will begin with a short description of all the health benefits of laughing yoga. Then I guide you in laughing and breathing exercises. The sessions are aerobic and it is important to participate at a level that is comfortable for your body. Some people feel comfortable sitting while others move around. Research has shown that our bodies don't know the difference between real or fake laughter. So as the old saying goes, you can fake it til you make it[:)] Please RSVP.
