As Certified Laughter Yoga Intructor following the vision of Dr Madan Kataria, we are committed to spreading joy, love and a sense of connection between people by establishing a free Laughter Yoga Club for the community to enjoy.
Laughter Yoga is a fun and easy form of movement, which uses yogic breath and playful actions to help you de-stress, be in the moment and feel joyful.
Regular practice of Laughter Yoga boosts the immune system and circulation, oxygenates the blood and major organs, and triggers the release of pain-reducing endorphins. Laughter Yoga helps you cope with life’s challenges by causing you to get out of your head and be in the moment.
No yoga experience is needed. In Laughter Yoga, you don't need to be happy, have a sense of humour, or even have a reason in order to laugh. Laughter Yoga is suitable for ages 10 - 100. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
The club is free, love offerings are welcome, but not required.
Laughter Yoga is a worldwide social movement. It is based on the principle of “laughter and breathing exercises”. There are over 6000 Laughter groups worldwide in 60 countries and growing.
