Excellent topic for the risk councious entrepreneurs. I want to score 99 points in this exam. 100 is hard or would be near impossible.

My intention/goal for this presentation is to cover broadly the typical issues about protecting your IP that are most important in the very early phases of a startup or when IP protectable subject matter is conceived. To be perfectly clear: THIS PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE LEGAL ADVICE but rather informational. The focus will probably be on avoiding the unnecessary loss of any potential value to your IP by unwaringly losing rights or not preserving the ability to protect those rights. Think along the lines of some teachers you may have had who told you at the beginning of the year: you all start out with a grade of 100, its up to you to lose the points.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
