This is a 2,5 hours workshop during which I will show you how to quickly get rid of stress or fers in various every day life situations. A simple and powerful method that has already proved its value since 1980: TFT (Thought Field Therapy)

Think about various situations where you feel stress. Got them ? Okay ! Come with them ! We'll take care of them :)

For example: 

- call a client (can be so freaky !)

- speaking in public

- going to work

- a phobia...

- etc...

Only 8 attendees at most. Less people for better benefits ! :)
