The LawSmoothie Project provides numerous meetups so that super-small business owners to get the help they need, in a relaxed, easy and enjoyable way --oh, and did I say "affordable?"  Yes, that!  The whole point of the Project is to deliver innovative solutions that allow super-small business owners to get the help they need at tremendous cost savings, but without sacrificing quality.

SpeakEasies are a FREE roundable to talk over legal and business questions.  Topics are whatever the group wants to discuss; most commonly, it turns out to be things like incorporating, picking a good name clear of trademark infringement problems, and so forth.  At the end of the roundtable portion,  you can (if you want) sign up for a 1:1 free legal consultation with an attorney.

Get Smart Trainings are just that; they are short lessons on a particular topic of law.  Unlike SpeakEasies, these trainings cost money, and the attorney stays focused on a prepared discussion, although there is time for questions on that topic.   

Lawshops provide a unique opportunity to get legal work done at a fraction of the cost.  It's the same exact documents and legal advice you recieve if you met 1:1 with a lawyer the traditional way. However, since part of the work is done with a group of similarly-situatuated (pre-screened) clients, the attorney fee portion is reduced by half or more.  RSVP on lawshops is only preliminary and requires ultimate approval of the attorney running the lawshop.
