thank you Gail -- very kind of you to write. I had to say "no" because I am so severely overwhelmed with things. I have wanted to go to a meeting for over a year now, to be with people who do understand, as no one else does. I go to this site for comfort often but cannot always write much... I just thought the pre-meetup was a good idea -- so I clicked on "good idea" -- wishing you a good meeting. hopefully i can come to one before the end of the year. that's my goal.
You're welcome! I won't actually be going to the pre-meetup, but have become very familiar with the area from going to the group. If you're more interested in a substantial meal, the cafe across from the Cosi might be better, if you want more just a place to hang, get a hot drink and a sandwich, Cosi fills the bill. Not a great area for restaurants, other than the Korean strip on 32nd....

Through energy medicine we connect much more deeply to self. Once we do that, we find self and learn to take better care of self.
I hope that you can join us this Tuesday, June 15th at either 10:30am or 7pm. We will be sharing as a group where we feel stuck, getting group support, and doing yogic and SRI breathwork to get the energy moving.
