Introduction
I am interested to improve my leadership competences to attain better performance and results with less stress and effort.
What is your role (leader/consultant/student)?
I am a phd graduate in a consultant/scientist position.
What has most influenced you as a person? And, what drives your interest in leadership?
I strive for self-improvement, and time has come to improve my management skills. I dont really acknowledge my capacities in leadership; I need ironing and polishing, and then I can start building :)
What are you most interested in learning with respect to leadership?
I want to confidently organize a team, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of that team and of the leadership, in order to improve.

Hi Thalia. On reviewing your profile I was wondering if you would like to come by our next event and talk about waste management and energy applications. We are planning some activities for refugee kids which we hope to be educational and dealing with environmental issues, waste management, etc. is one of the options that we are exploring.
