The new cafe is amazing and it has already gotten really busy! We have just ordered outdoor seating which will double our seating capacity too!
NOW, we are looking for talented, experienced raw vegans to work with us at the cafe!
If you or someone you know is interested in a position at the cafe, we would like to speak to you!
The ideal person will have restaurant experience (or a lot of raw food experience and able to keep up with the pace of a fast-moving kitchen), they will NOT smoke and will be a vegetarian (we prefer a vegan and a raw vegan is a dream come true). We will not be able to consider a smoker or someone who still eats meat or fish.
If someone is a raw foodist and has a dream of being a raw food chef and meets the no-smoking criteria, we will be happy to consider them.
The position will include the opportunity for profit sharing and eventual ownership of your own cafe too! We are growing our business and have already been asked to duplicate the cafe in Ohio, New Mexico and California!
ALSO - if you might be interested in cafe ownership right now, please call me! I am looking for a partner to help me operate a full-service vegan/raw food restaurant with very little money. The location is already built and ready and is waiting for the staff, training and signage. It is located in the mountains of North Georgia! If you have the dream of spreading the word about raw/vegan food and are willing to relocate, please call me and we will discuss it further.
