Lean Beer

5.30pm - Meet upstairs by the fire.  Generate topics and voting |

[masked]pm - Lean Beer discussion |

What is Lean Beer?

Lean Beer is a structured, agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.

Who should attend?

Everyone! From beginners to seasoned Leanists.

Why attend?

You like a good beverage don't you?! ;-)

And there are always great topics brought to the table; everything from "lean startup in large organizations" to "collective quality ownership" and "customer development..."

"We meet in the morning, have coffee, and discuss how Lean, Agile and continuous improvement affects or could affect our day-to-day job".

Looking forward to the next meetup!

Here are the two remote retrospective tools I talked about last week. I have used them both and like them!!

Fast, fun, insightful, informative conversations that would be valuable to practitioners. And beer. And a delicious giant pretzel with dipping sauces

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
