It's a new month and we are starting it with a BANG!!! Happy 4th of July everybody!!!

Now that you've indulged on burgers, hot dogs, ribs, and buttered-salty-corn-on-the-cobs, it's time to work that off!!!

We will be having boot camp 4 days a week now ~ M, W, F and Sat!!! Come one, come all, bring friends and family with you!
ORIENTATION is on Saturday, July 6th at 2pm.

Workouts will be Mon, Tues, Wed @ 6pm and Sat. @ 7am.
It's FREE, no excuses, BE THERE!!!

There will be 2 extreme fitness challenges (to be announced).

Things to bring:

-yoga mat

-light weights (5-15lbs) OR resistance band

-jump rope


-water bottle

    Hi Julian, it depends. Sometimes we are outside and sometimes we are inside. It's also up to you where you want to workout. We have 2 groups for different fitness levels.
