Applying lean: Tips, techniques and stories

For our second meetup we'll be focusing on how you apply the techniques and principles of lean within your day-to-day work. Many of us know the theory but what's it like applying lean in practice?

There'll be two talks at this event which should help to kickstart some interesting discussion.

'Lean vs Solid Engineering. Conflict, or Harmony?'

I was really looking forward to attending the event tonight but after having spent 45 minutes looking for a parking spot, I went from being 15 minutes early to 30 minutes late. As such abandoned the idea of attending. Sorry, was gutted. Would love to hear or see what happened. Next time ill find alternative transport!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
