A couple of people asked for my Lean Startup 101 slides.

the first presentation was an excellent review of the Lean Startup philosophy and practice, and the second was a great lesson on the importance of data for startups. Content and delivery for both was well done. Will attend future events like these.

Nice job by David last night. I appreciated his pragmatism and call to action to "do it". Thanks again to John and Matthew for hosting.

I thought both presentations were great.
Often, these types of presentations can be very dogmatic.
Last night, both presenters were super practical and realistic and not the least bit dogmatic.

Great presentation by David Cancel, as well as John’s early-bird special! As a newcomer to this and other start-up groups, I’m impressed by the free and open sharing of valuable and hard-earned knowledge. Looking over my notes this morning, gems leap at me. “Facts Live Outside the Building!” (John) “Does anyone give a shit about your dumb idea?” (David) “Design is never done!” (David via Joshua!) And much more! Thanks, guys!

This was a helpful meeting, both the Lean primer talk and the "data driven startups" talk. Both really useful!
