Great, we'd love to help. The trick with the technical stuff is to focus on what the customer gets, instead of how it works. They tell those of us in the personal growth business that - "no one cares about how your technique works except other coaches/counselors." So I've gone from describing what I do (a certain technique that helps people work through emotional blocks) to saying that I "help people overcome procrastination and anxiety." I look forward to meeting you!
