Interested in applying lean startup thinking to your large organization but don't know where to start?

Join David J Bland for Lean Startup in the Enterprise where we'll explore:
Bonus case study: Hotwire
Inspired to apply Lean Startup techniques at their decade-old company, Hotwire is using an “innovation sandbox” to explore potentially disruptive changes to its hotel booking product, without putting its existing business at risk. Members of the hotel product team will offer a case study in using lean methodologies at a well-established company – how they are making it happen in such an environment, and why they want to experiment boldly on an already successful, market-leading product.

Beer, food, and a good hang with great people is included thanks to the generous folks at Carr / Ferrell! (Who we're also trusting to help setup LSC as a company) After expenses, extra proceeds go to building out LeanStartupCircle.com for the community.

We have the recording we made here: http://www.justin.tv/leanstartu...
but it is unedited and I have not checked the quality yet. So be warned!
December 14
Can't believe I missed this. Dang. I need two Thursdays in my week. And I'll take another Weds while I'm at it. Looks like it was great. Keep em coming!
December 14
David clearly knows his stuff. However, his insights and recommendations would have greater impact if he had visually depicted them within an operational or prescriptive framework—as the visio-spatial cortex processes sensory data 5000 times faster than we mere mortals can read or follow in a spoken word (about 150 words per minute, less in group situations)
December 14
Because of the Giants Home Series game going on at the same time, we are rescheduling this to Dec 6th.
We apologize but felt it was the right thing to do. Attendance would suffer and parking would be impossible.
thanks,

I am looking forward to connect and meet you all. I am a founder of HackRabbit. We help other entrepreneurs realize their MVP quickly and iterate. We love creating amazing web applications and are Rails hackers.
If you are a founder and need to bring your MVP quickly to the market we have experience team to hack your MVP. The best part, we may even invest in your idea for equity.

I live in Austin, so the commute would be a bit of a stretch .... but if anybody posts slides or notes, I'd be MORE than happy to peek at 'em ...
