What are the big challenges for your startup or company that you think lean startup can help with?

Figuring out how to help potential start-up owners actual do customer development and user validation while trying to build a MVP or even an phase 1. The trade-offs of them wanting to get enough features to be viable or at least demoable often come at a cost of building more.
