Introduction
I run a think tank based in Oakland. We advise all types of firms, generally in the area of customer engagement systems and internal start-ups that plan to bring disruptive innovations to market, using Lead Startup as a foundation.
How long have you been learning about lean startup?
In earnest about one year...however, have applied many of the foundational concepts drawn from ITIL and CMMI as well as Lean Six Sigma for Services.
What is the name of your startup?
Working title, HeadsUp User Engagement Labs...that systematizes the Build-Measure-Learn Feedback Cycle as a set of cloud services: structured listening to beta testers, a fully instrumented WCM for A/B and multivariate testing, integrated CRM, ticketing and agile-based project management system. Really cool stuff.
What are the big challenges for your startup or company that you think lean startup can help with?
Just started 2 weeks ago...too soon to tell...other that no being able to sleep due to excessive fun
