I'm slowly launching a product and services company build around web tech. Since I'm bootstrapping, I'm currently building an in-person Ruby on Rails training class to fund my other projects.

What is the best tool/technology/service to make your startup more efficient?

Ruby on Rails allows quick turn around on bugs, rapid prototyping, and a dev-friendly environment.
