What is the best tool/technology/service to make your startup more efficient?

Template contracts -- it is difficult and time consuming (as well as costly) to negotiate one-off customer contracts. If you present a customer with a template contract you look organized and you start the process/relationship on your terms (and you make sure in advance that the necessary components of that contract are covered, before you start negotiations). Start-ups can then focus their customers on the quality products and services offered, rather than on the legal background noise.
