Introduction
I'm a LAMP developer relocating from NYC to Seattle in January. I've been working at an early stage startup for the last three years and am fascinated with Eric Reis' methodology.
Describe your Lean Startup. (If you don't have one yet, care to share details about your Dream Startup?)
I would call my current startup 'lean' though we have used some of the techniques. My dream startup would be one that adheres strictly to the build-measure-learn feedback loop.
What is the best tool/technology/service to make your startup more efficient?
Writing down hypothesis before looking at the metrics.
