I own a consulting shop in Seattle called Modulus 7 that helps organizations align software with their strategies. We are a small shop, just me and my wife Sophia and prefer to keep it that way. Our dream is to write and deliver real value to our customers and to improve organizations throughout the world.

What is the best tool/technology/service to make your startup more efficient?

Since our business is a relationship business, our best tool has been investing in tracking information about our customers. Knowing that one of our old customer's birthday is on a specific day, really helps jog our memory and deliver better service.
