Introduction
I am very inspired by the book "The Lean StartUp", it has opened my eyes to a very different way of thinking for improving performance.
How did you find out about Lean Startup Sydney Meetup Group?

What do you know about Lean Startup?
It is one of the most practical, low cost, least man-power needed way to find out if your assumption/Hypothesis of business idea is going to become a sustainable business as it is or directional change is required or not. It also generate the data to point the possible way to change your direction at the same time.
What are you looking to get out of joining this group?
I would like to learn from the other people's experience of applying the Lean StartUp method to their business ideas and have the chance and the place to contribute when I can.
What stage is your startup at? Idea/Testing/Pilot/Launched
building MVP and minimal infrastructure to support the MVP to function to collect data.
