means cutting down on wasted effort and identifying, locking in and delivering on whats most important first in a boxed timeframe. you cycle by measuring the performance of your deliverable(s) and making decisions on the feedback to identify the next round of deliverables. deliverables are not constraint to technical scope, but can be anything that can be broken down and is surrounded by uncertainty.
I've worked in Product and Project management capacities for a few years in Vancouver. I come from a development background and expanded my scope to better understand the business around building and delivering to the market / stakeholders.
