In this talk, Matt Kelly, Partner and Product Lead at ZURB, will walk through various ways you can test faster and more affordably than ever before. We’ll show you not just how it can drastically speed up your design process, but how unmoderated usability testing results lead to faster decisionmaking, and ultimately, better products.

Great. Matt gave us a terrific overview of unmoderated user testing. The fishbowl question and answer format worked well. Intimiate and insightful. I wish more people stuck around though.

For future events... I'm really interested in learning more about starting up in the not-for-profit space, and would love a Lean talk about that. What are the unique challenges, and what steps does one need to take (and in order would be great)?

  This is a great idea! I know from experience there are significant design challenges in not-for-profit space around communications, mission, and fund-raising. I am interested in a discussion about those types of challenges as well.
