As Vijay suggested, here is the book title I mentioned just at the end of the session:

"The Challenger Sale" by Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson, 2011

Context: We were talking about how hard it is to convince senior managers in established companies to try a new framework like Lean Startup...

The book suggests a sales approach to help ensure success with complex solution sales, and I suggest that is exactly what we are dealing with.

High-level pitch: "Lead to the solution, not with the solution".
