This is the 2nd session in our Lean Startup in the Enterprise series. Let's focus on the Big Picture - visualizing what constitutes Lean|Agile Enterprise - in this session. Future sessions will focus on each of the key aspects of Lean|Agile Enterprise. To maximize the face-2-face time in the Meetups, let's use these to share our experiences in applying the Lean Startup tools and techniques in our organizations / projects / programs. This means, we will spend some time in learning and applying / experimenting between our Meetups :)

The following FREE Online Courses will give you enough knowledge to start applying the Lean Startup practices in your setting.

As Vijay suggested, here is the book title I mentioned just at the end of the session:

"The Challenger Sale" by Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson, 2011

Context: We were talking about how hard it is to convince senior managers in established companies to try a new framework like Lean Startup...

The book suggests a sales approach to help ensure success with complex solution sales, and I suggest that is exactly what we are dealing with.

High-level pitch: "Lead to the solution, not with the solution".
