In this 30-minute talk, Jordan will present a brief overview of the rapidly emerging lean startup methodology and how, similar to previous methodologies, the development of supportive tools helped facilitate their adoption. During the presentation he will provide an online demo (MVP) of a ‘lean’ project management tool he's currently developing. The purpose of the tool is to help lean teams; 1) plan their projects, 2) manage their MVPs/Tests, 3) assign tasks and work collaboratively as cross-functional teams, and 4) better track productivity, as well as, the overall project roadmap. Following the presentation, Jordan will open the floor for discussion and feedback (i.e. customer discovery).
