In this 30-minute talk, Jordan will present a brief overview of the rapidly emerging lean startup methodology and how, similar to previous methodologies, the development of supportive tools helped facilitate their adoption. During the presentation he will provide an online demo (MVP) of a ‘lean’ project management tool he's currently developing. The purpose of the tool is to help lean teams; 1) plan their projects, 2) manage their MVPs/Tests, 3) assign tasks and work collaboratively as cross-functional teams, and 4) better track productivity, as well as, the overall project roadmap. Following the presentation, Jordan will open the floor for discussion and feedback (i.e. customer discovery).

Great feedback Fabio... maybe I could discuss this again during a 'follow-up' presentation, in which I present the latest developments, as well as, go into more detail about the underlying process, etc. Thanks, very helpful feedback.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
