LinkedIn update from Pat Sheridan - speaking on lean canvas this week (9/8)
I'd like to work for a start-up that uses lean thinking not only in the start-up process, but throughout the entire business. I bring lean thinking from a large corporation's perspective - and tools for growing small business units.
I owned/operated my own marketing services firm for 3 years - launching a successful B2B periodical - before I was hired by one of my clients. I bring specialties including: change leadership, strategic planning, relationship marketing, brand and channel management, product commercialization, demand creation (all media, direct and with channel partners), and mentorship of high potential talent.
