Hi, Shyam, welcome aboard to the Sunlight Corner! As for the cancellation fee, if you cancel before the cut-off date, you don't need to pay anything. After the cut-off day, I must ask you to pay because I am getting ingredients and the teacher. Anyhow, I wonder what sort of social work you do. I am planning to organize a charity event in my school to cook a dinner with refugees, using some unused ingredients at the cooking lessons. Hope you can join the dinne ;-)
