You're invited to join in a Learn Tai Chi session. All sessions are open to beginners and first timers. Come out for a relaxing and revitalizing session. Learn a basic Tai Chi form (set of moves) along with a fun and friendly group. We will also be doing various relaxation and wellness techniques that come from traditional Chinese medicine traditions as part of our warmups: Qigong (energy exercises), breathing exercises, self massage / acupressure.
Whether you want to pick up relaxation techniques, cultivate your form , or just have fun following along with the group, you should find the practice relaxing, invigorating, interesting and FUN!
Hope you can join us - the practice is free , but we do take small donations ($1-$5 recommended ) so we can continue to rent the room during the cool season.
