New! Early Morning Tai Chi Sessions at Cobbs Hill park - come to morning Tai Chi sessions with the Shape Up Rochester group. The current plan is to offer sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6am - 7am starting this week. The Shape Up group usually does pretty intense workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday - We are hoping the Tai Chi will be a good complement to those workouts and also offer more opportunities for those wishing to do Tai Chi at different times and locations.
Early morning is the traditional time to practice - it starts the day balanced, relaxed and invigorated. Most of the people will be newbies, but with 2 sessions a week I expect we will move right along learning the forms. This is a great chance to get in on the open, FREE morning sessions.
