I want to get more people exposed to Tai Chi and Qigong. I have been working with a small group it's time to meet more people and help grow community connections. Having the commitment to teach really motivates my own practice. Plus, it's really fun to be in a group doing this kind of thing - it's easy to meet interesting people and make friends too!
I really appreciate the people in Rochester that are leading mindful stress reduction, Tai Chi and martial arts groups. Community building through exercise and just meeting people in general.
I started this group 2 years ago after leading a small group and several years of practice. I'm certified as a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor through the IIQTC and as Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor.
