A souffle is a classic French egg-based cake that puffs up light and golden brown when cooked. It can be served savory or sweet. Most home cooks only enjoy souffles at restaurants, but often lack the confidence to tackle this delicate delight at home. Hopefully we'll be able to change that reality for our "Learn to Cook" members by giving you the confidence that you need to impress your next dinner guest.
The simplified, low-cholesterol version that you will learn during this session will be every bit as good or better than any other souffle, but simple enough that you can do at home - and perfect for the holidays. Join us as Chef Shane demonstrates how to make a simple but delicious pumpkin souffle, and explains how to make multiple variations.
The price for this demonstration event is $25 in advance, or $35 at the door. After all RSVPs are in you will be emailed a link to the checkout page.
The session will last until about 5:30pm. Please note that while we will be tasting our souffle, dinner will not be provided.
