This is a repeat of Class 3. Note that it starts at 11am, not 1pm. Just a one-time change.
This is at the Microsoft NERD Center, down Main Street from Kendall Square. Last building on the right before the river. We're on the floor above the lobby.
Note: You'll need a photo ID to check in with security at the front desk upon arrival.
If you've just joined recently, take a look at the notes and slides I've put up under Files under More on the navbar at the top of the screen. You can probably catch up just fine. See here for the necessary software, which is quick and easy to install:
The beginner's session at 11 will be talking more about looping, introduce lists, and talk more about program design.
The advanced session at noon or so is going to go over tuples, dictionaries, and sets, thus completing our tour of Python's basic data structures. We'll also talk about sequence unpacking and the zip() function. It's going to be an info-packed session, but none of it will be as challenging to understand as Class 2.
