If it's snowing or raining then it's cancelled and if it's below 40 degrees it's cancelled this is for fun no need to risk injury.
Figure we can all say hello and get a feel for everyone's skill level. Parkour is fun and it's a full body workout so we shall begin with some stretches and few laps around our "training" area and some jumping jacks, that should warm us up and get the old heart pumping good. After that we will do roll drills and once everyone has a good feel for the roll we can move into vaults. Then we can just kinda free run for a bit if you got something you wanna try bring it up and lets do it safely. If there's something you wanna learn ask and we shall figure out based on your learning style the best progression to get you what you want. After our hour or so is is up we will do a cool down consisting of stretching. And part ways. I look forward to meeting you and doing some kings and monkey vaults :)
Please note that all parkour mets unless it's a food / talk / first time cost $5.00 this money goes towards meetup.com dues which run me $75.00 for three months... If we have any left over then I would like to buy some tee shirts... Parkour a cool to do and needs to look fluid for it to be cool :) I figure cool shirts with nameless one on the chest and nameless on the back would be pretty cool.
