Ross Klenoff is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer with a strong financial background. Ross regularly represents companies in a broad variety of transactions. He has significant experience with mergers & acquisitions, credit agreements, notes offerings, registered equity offerings, private placements, joint ventures and financial restructurings, as well as with formative counseling, technology licenses, employment agreements, separation agreements, confidentiality agreements and a wide array of commercial contracts.
Ross previously practiced with Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Proskauer Rose. He is also the Chair of Wharton Entrepreneurs Network (Wharton Club of New York).
