"Energise Your Life”

The Leicestershire Vegetarian and Vegan Group (NOTE:not this meetup group) are a local group which is affiliated to The Vegetarian Society UK and the Vegan Society. The group was first formed in 2001 for vegetarians and vegans to meet other like minded people and we're a friendly and informal group. They generally meet on the first Thursday of the month but on this instance it has been changed.

The next meeting is about how the body energy level can fluctuate during the day and highlight's 10 energy sapping mistakes you don't know you’re making.

Do you feel exhausted even first thing in the morning?
Have you ever wondered why you have that mid-afternoon crash?
Does exercise feel like a chore?
Do you rely on coffee and sugar to get you through the day?
Do you feel you are lacking something?
...

Health coaches Ania Nowicki and Rochelle Foster demystify why you are struggling with low energy. They will share 10 simple food and lifestyle changes that will help to reenergise and revitalise your life. They will also demonstrate some simple and delicious recipes to help you along the way.

Bonus: All attendees will be offered a complimentary consultation to discuss their personal health goals and how they can achieve them.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
