Our meetings begin with the business portion calling the meeting to order and a flag salute. Followed by introductions, each member is assigned a role as either grammarian, timer, AH counter, Toastmaster, Table Topics Master, and General Evaluator. Members who have prepared a speech for the meeting are allowed time to practice their public speaking skills and then the Table Topics Master introduces the day's topic. Each member practices their speaking skills using the Table Topics format using fun and creative ideas to present their ideas. The meetings reports are given and then the meeting is adjourned. This is a group with many new members and seasoned professionals where information and ideas are shared and a supportive learning environment is encouraged.
