This is a group for people who enjoy being active. Living in this area we have a plethora of options and i like to take advantage of the diverse activities offered in this area. Any and all skill levels are welcome and encouraged, how else would we learn and advance to the next level? Hiking, bicycling, jogging, swimming, mud runs, mini-tris, volleyball, flag football, kayaking, stand up paddle board, etc. really anything that involves burning calories! I believe that we are more inclined to train harder and longer in the company of others because when you are having fun you forget that you have been feeling "the burn" for over an hour!
