Applied Rationality: Thinking in Bayes

The universe runs on math, but math can be hard for some humans. We're predictably wrong on many problems involving probability. Come to the second Applied Rationality talk, "Thinking in Bayes", to learn how to think in probabilities, without it needing to feel like math at all!

These moderated events will be presented by Miranda Dixon-Luinenburg, member of the Less Wrong community and two-time alumni of the Center for Applied Rationality workshops in San Francisco.

This is a joint event with the Ottawa Skeptics.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
