LAUGHTER YOGA on ZOOM
Learn how to add more joyful laughter to your life by attending the Let's Laugh Today Laughter Club in Franklin or Sharon, MA, but now on ZOOM! There are always special events in other towns or we can even come to your group! See www.letslaughtoday.com You can sign up for a very cool monthly e-newsletter there! We are also www.bostonlaughteryoga.com as we are the best in Boston, MA! Anyone can do these easy, healthful breathing techniques along with simulated laughter that always seems to turn into real laughter! All ages and levels of physical ability are welcome. There are no fancy poses and no jokes or comedy is involved. There's plenty of free parking at all our venues. Since laughing is dehydrating, please bring your water bottle.
Linda and Bill Hamaker are Certified Laughter Yoga Master Trainers and have trained with the Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, who created Laughter Yoga plus are also graduates of the American School of Laughter Yoga. You will leave the session feeling relaxed, energized and full of joy and happiness!

There is nothing like a good belly laugh to help release stress and anxiety. These laughter exercises and gentle deep breathing help to bring more fresh oxygen into the body and brain helping you feel more energetic and healthy. It's a great way to connect with other people through eye contact while remaining socially distant and it is thoroughly up-lifting and immunity-boosting! All ages are welcome. You can sit or stand the entire time. It’s a good time to try something new and take care of your mental and emotional health!
