Laughter sessions are designed to bring the health benefits of laughter to your life! Enjoy this unique exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing techniques. We can come to your group, too, and do a session, so please contact me.
Please remember that Meet-ups do not show all the laughers we really have. Our clubs always have at least a dozen with always a few new laughers. So please sign-up and experience all the health benefits and the contagiousness of laughter! Do not feel as if there won't be people there, because there absolutley WILL. We have had on-going groups for over two years, but just began the Meet-ups this month. Most people do not know that we even have it. So please attend this very uplifting, unique experience!
