I highly recommend this site - it has the full Ulysses text, line-by-line analysis (if you click on "Chapter Text" for each chapter), with links to the EXACT places in the Odyssey, Hamlet etc. etc., which are paralleled in the text. Barger, the creator of the site, has devoted 10 years to studying Joyce and to this website. Enjoy!

Lena JaneReading Ulysses with a group is the best idea EVER! Many of the comments and insights were interesting and worth keeping in mind as reference for further chapters. Looking forward to Chapter III and seeing everyone at the next meeting!
