I was never a natural athlete but started running more seriously the past couple years as a stress reliever; it's made me happier, healthier, and slimmer!
I've been running seriously for the past couple years.
I ran the Boston Half last October (my first one).
No, I trained solo for my previous half, but would love the company and advice with injury prevention.
About 9/9:30mm when I'm not injured (I'm currently recovering from ankle tendinitis).
Hi my name is Sophie and I'll be studying abroad in Paris this spring. I recently ran my first half marathon in Boston and am registered for the Paris Half. My interests (outside of running) include languages, yoga, cooking, and biking.
