A slow paced, gentle, healing yoga for every body and is also excellent for women who are experiencing and would like to adress some of the many challenges and symptons that come with MidLife.

Challenges can be found on the physical (hormones), mental (overactive mind) or spiritual (life's purpose) level.

Through a combination of slowing down, deep breathing, yogic philosophy, stretching, balancing and meditation, we learn how to open the energy channels, remove old blockages and relax deeply, leaving us feeling more peaceful, relaxed and energized.

Marianne Baum (Jyoti Devi) is a Certified Kali Natha and Transcend Yoga instructor who specializes in working with the breath (Pranayama) and teaches Deep and Gentle yoga. She believes a yogic lifestyle and concious breathing is the main key to a healthy and inspired life. This yoga is for basically for everybody with a healthy set of longs,  and can change your life, no matter your age. Her own experiences and challenges in midlife inspired her to create a gentle yet sacred yoga that can help to bring some relief and insights in this miraculous time in our life.
