Ride begins at 6:30 PM. The bike shop staff will be available from 6:00-6:30  PM if you need your tires checked, saddle adjusted or need anything from the shop. The shop closes at 6:30 PM so please be aware of the time constraints so they can lock up the shop by that time and we can head out. Please arrive early enough to have your bike unloaded and ready to ride at 6:30.

This ride is for those new or returning to cycling. From Sunshine Bike Shop to Southcreek Trail with a stop at Classic Rock Cafe for a total of about 16 miles. Total ride time is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Classic Rock Cafe has coffee, smoothies, soup, sandwiches and salads. You can find their menu online if you'd like to plan ahead. This is for lady bicyclists of all levels. What better way to start than with a group of women, some seasoned, some not, and no competition. Bike riding is a great way to meet new people, build camaraderie, enjoy health benefits and sharpen your cycling skills. Helmet required. Since we may not make it back to the shop before sunset, lighting (front and rear) is required. All riders participate at their own risk.

Yes as long as your roommate is female since it is a ladies only ride :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
